Full details of all delivery charges, delivery timescales and receiving your deliveries are given below - please ensure you read all the information below.
All delivery timescales below are from date of dispatch - all orders are turned around as quickly as possible and are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days.

**Once your order is complete it will be dispatched using APC's Next Working Day service. Please note although APC endeavour to deliver all items next day, due to circumstances beyond their control, occasionally deliveries may take an extra day or two.
General Delivery Information
A signature will be required for all deliveries
UK Courier Service - All goods to mainland UK addresses are dispatched by APC. Please fill in the Special Delivery Instructions box at Checkout if no one is available to sign for your delivery and the goods can be left in a safe place. If no one is available and no delivery instructions have been given, a card will be left by the courier with details of how to re-arrange your delivery. In some circumstances the courier may attempt to leave your goods in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Deliveries are made by APC, tracking information will be emailed to you once your goods have been dispatched, text and email updates will also be sent.
Please note, if you do not contact the courier company within a few days of an attempted delivery your parcel may be returned to us. An additional charge will be payable to have the goods re-delivered.
Once you receive your goods, please check everything carefully and contact us immediately on 01348 840 675 if you have any queries concerning your order. Any shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
Standard Service - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - ONLY available on low value orders to UK Isles & Channel Isles and International Tracked & Signed for low value orders to Eire - Please fill in the Special Delivery Instructions box at Checkout if no one is available to sign for your delivery and the goods can be left in a safe place. We will send an email when your goods have been despatched and any delivery instructions you give us will be clearly marked on the package.
However, once the goods have been despatched we cannot guarantee your postman will follow the instructions on the package. We suggest you leave a note for your postman with the same instructions if no one is available to sign for the goods. Again we cannot guarantee your postman will follow these instructions and you may need to collect your package from your local sorting office.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Standard Royal Mail Service if we feel a more secure delivery service is required for the goods you have ordered. If this is the case we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Dispatch Times
Our aim is to provide high quality products delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. The majority of orders are dispatched the same day and many of our made to order items can be despatched the same day, with everything usually being turned around in 2-4 working days.
Please note that made to order pipe identification tapes do take a little longer due to the manufacturing process.

Worldwide Delivery
We welcome our international customers, and we look forward to servicing your business needs. Due to the complex nature of shipping, we may need to provide you with a delivery estimate at the point of sale. You are welcome to contact us if you require a formal quote.
Delivery Charges
The estimated rate will be charged at Checkout, but we will calculate the cost of carriage when your order is received and notify you of any additional carriage charge before processing your order. For small, low value orders a lower fee may be charged and again we will notify you when your order is received if this is the case.
Restricted Products
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. R M Labels Limited reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination and we will contact you immediately if we are unable to supply the goods ordered.
Customs/Duty Costs
R M Labels Limited's products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Where applicable, it will be your sole responsibility to comply with any export controls or sanctions rules applicable to goods supplied to you.
