On the finish line![/caption] We are delighted to announce that our MD, Ray Thomas, after a gruelling 16 hours and 36 minutes, completed the Ironman Wales Triathlon in Tenby on Sunday for the second time.  Not satisfied with just one Ironman medal in 2016, he was back again this year for a second go!   [caption id="attachment_401" align="alignright" width="172"]The 2.4 mile Swim! The 2.4 mile Swim![/caption] It all started at 7am on Sunday morning on Tenby's beautiful North Beach with the 2.4 mile swim.   [caption id="attachment_402" align="alignleft" width="201"]The 112 mile Cycle Ride!
