Tenby Long Course Weekend Triathlon

Congratulations to our MD, Ray Thomas, on completing the Tenby Long Course Triathlon this weekend!

A 2.4 mile sea swim!

A 112 mile cycle ride!

And a full 26 mile Marathon!

All in one weekend!

    Ray loves a challenge and can always be found out and about in Pembrokeshire either swimming, cycling, running or sailing!
